Yes! Both the Champagne Brunch and Dinner Gala will feature exciting live auctions.
A silent auction—open to all attendees—will launch prior to the event and remain active throughout the day, closing at 1:00 PM during the Brunch. All silent auction items will be available to view and bid on through our online auction platform, so you can participate from anywhere.
Expect a fabulous mix of offerings, from sports memorabilia and fine jewelry to gourmet treats, premium spirits, luxurious getaways, and unique experiences.
There are two ways to purchase your Donation Drawing tickets (Tree Tickets, Sparkle Jewel Tickets, and Golden Tickets):
- Pre-Order by Mail (Beginning in September) – Use our Pre-Event Order Form to purchase tickets in advance. Mail your completed form with payment by the designated deadline to take advantage of special pricing and the convenience of completing your tickets at home.
- Purchase at the Event – Tickets will also be available for purchase during the event.
Yes! Our Champagne Brunch will feature a vibrant, professionally produced runway fashion show showcasing stunning holiday looks and winter style, thoughtfully paced so guests can sip champagne and enjoy the season’s style at just the right rhythm.
Premium Tables at the Champagne Brunch offer front-row runway seating for an up-close view.
The Dinner Gala will have dancing!
Yes! Sparkle Jewel and Golden Tickets will be available for pre-order beginning in September using our Pre-Event Order Form. Mail your completed form with payment by the designated deadline to take advantage of special pricing and the convenience of completing your tickets at home.
Tickets will also be available for purchase at the event.
Reservations Questions
After providing your payment information, click “Submit for Processing” at the bottom of the page; a confirmation screen should appear thanking you for registering and you should receive an email confirming receipt of your registration. If you do not see this screen and/or do not receive this email contact us via the link below.
To add new guests: Use your personal RSVP link. The RSVP link should be emailed to you by Valle Monte League’s volunteer reservation team within 72 hours of making your reservation.

The RSVP link allows you to provide guest names and details (email, mobile number and meal selection) that were not provided at the time of registration.
Valle Monte League uses the names and emails of your guests to provide express online check-in and to communicate event information such as table assignments, parking, health updates, online auction details and event receipts. Valle Monte League does not share or sell contact information that you provide.
Yes, if space is available at your table. They should specify your group name when registering. If you didn’t create a group name at registration they can note who they want to sit with under “Additional Notes”

No, ticket sales close on November 18, 2025.
Reservations are non-refundable; however, if your plans change before November 18th, please feel free to contact us at reservations@vallemonte.org to find out if your ticket purchase can be converted to a donation.
