Family & Children Services
$100 - Funds a support group session for survivors of domestic violence
$250 - Funds individual counseling and parent coaching services, so a youth struggling with anxiety can recover and grow
$500 - Helps to provide comprehensive mental health support, including psychiatric care, for a parent
recovering from a mental health crisis
$1,000 - Funds support groups for children who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing, providing opportunities to build resilience, interpersonal skills, and confidence
Alzheimer's Activity Center

$100 - Provides mental functioning assessments for 2 clients.
$250 - Provides individual, 1:1 support sessions for 11 clients.
$500 - Provides at least one support group session for 20 caregivers.
Centre for Living With Dying
$125 - Can give an individual youth grief counseling for four sessions
$250 - Will provide 2 Critical Incident Responses to a school, agency or institution in the aftermath of a traumatic incident
$500 - Will provide a family of four a 9 week series of Healing Heart Group Support
$1000 - Will provide 2 eight hour education/training for teachers, parents and caregivers on how to support children and youth in grief and crisis in an affirming way.
