Fundraising Events

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, members, and the broader community, these events have enabled Valle Monte League to raise over $11 million. The 2026 Christmas Tree Elegance will benefit three mental health organizations — Hearts & Minds Activity Center, Parents Helping Parents, and Operation Freedom Paws — each addressing mental health in a way that strengthens individuals, families, and communities across Santa Clara County. In addition to our annual beneficiaries, Valle Monte League has provided grants to community mental health organizations through proceeds from select fundraising events.

Premier Fundraising Event

Valle Monte League’s premier fundraising event, “Christmas Tree Elegance”, is held annually during the first week of December. Since 1957, this cherished tradition has brought the community together for a festive celebration, featuring beautifully decorated Christmas trees, exquisite holiday décor, and numerous opportunities to support our cause.

Other Fundraising Events

In addition to our primary fundraising event, we host several mini fundraisers throughout the year, although they may vary annually. Some of these events include:

• Golf Fore Mental Health Tournament, a community favorite offering a day of golf, camaraderie, and philanthropy in support of mental health services
• Community Partnership Events: Enjoy a day of dining or shopping where local businesses generously support Valle Monte League by donating a percentage of their sales. These events foster community spirit while making a meaningful impact on mental health services.
• Winchester Mystery House Trick or Treat Trail: A family-friendly festival featuring seasonal activities, perfect for children and adults alike. It’s a great way to celebrate fall while contributing to a worthy cause.
• Elegant Tag Sale: Discover unique treasures and antiques at our elegant tag sale. This event offers a fun way to shop for special items while supporting our mission.
• Move for Mental Health:  A community wellness event celebrating the relationship between fitness and mental health.
