SAN JOSE, CA (Nov 12, 2025) — Valle Monte League is proud to announce that it has awarded a grant of $10,000 to First Place for Youth, an inspiring organization dedicated to empowering foster youth to achieve their full potential.
This grant aims to support First Place for Youth’s ongoing efforts in providing vital services, mentorship and resources that help foster youth transition successfully into adulthood. With this funding, First Place for Youth will be able to expand its programs, reach more young people and continue making a meaningful impact in the community.
“We are thrilled to partner with First Place for Youth and contribute to their mission of empowering foster youth,” said Aimee Walsh, President of Valle Monte League. “We believe in investing in our community and supporting organizations that create lasting change. We are also excited for our upcoming Christmas Tree Elegance event at the Santa Clara Convention Center where we will raise more money for mental health agencies as well as celebrate the holiday season.”
“We are incredibly grateful to Valle Monte League for their generous support. This grant will play a vital role in helping us provide foster youth with the resources and opportunities they need to build a successful and independent future. Together, we’re making a difference in young people’s lives,” said Thomas Lee, CEO of First Place for Youth.
